Jeramy D. Kitchen
Jeramy, a proud Texan born in Meadows Place, holds a B.A. in Political Science from Texas Tech University. His commitment to service is evident through his distinguished tenure in the military, where he served as an Intelligence Analyst during two deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Leveraging his military experience, Jeramy has skillfully managed campaigns for liberty-oriented candidates throughout Texas. His political acumen led him to key roles such as Chief of Staff for several Texas state lawmakers and the Director of Legislative Affairs at Texas’ largest public policy think tank. In these capacities, Jeramy has been a driving force for transparency within the Texas legislative process.
Away from the political sphere, Jeramy cherishes family life with his wife Sarah and their three children. Their home is filled with love and laughter, shared with their three adorable dogs: Hank, Maggie, and Jeb.
Vance Ginn, Ph.D.
Dr. Vance Ginn, a proud Texan from South Houston and an esteemed free-market economist, is the founder and president of Ginn Economic Consulting and host of the Let People Prosper Show podcast. He holds senior fellow roles at Americans for Tax Reform, American Institute for Economic Research, and many state and national think tanks. His expertise in economic policy led him to serve as the chief economist at the White House’s Office of Management and Budget from 2019 to 2020.
Prior to this, he was with the Texas Public Policy Foundation and taught economics at Sam Houston State and Texas Tech Universities. Dr. Ginn’s insights frequently grace national and state news outlets, including Fox Business and NTD News, and his writings are published in The Wall Street Journal, Fox News, and other prominent platforms.
With a doctorate in economics from Texas Tech University as a first generation college graduate, he now resides in Round Rock, Texas, with his wife and three kids, and enjoys drumming, having played for a top rock band in Houston
Charles Blain
Charles, a New Jersey native and Political Science graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, is the driving force behind Urban Reform and Urban Reform Institute. Moving to Texas for Governor Abbott’s inaugural campaign in 2014, he later spearheaded Empower Texans’ first Houston operation. Noticing a gap in urban policy from a right-of-center perspective, Charles founded Urban Reform in 2019, and subsequently partnered with the Center for Opportunity Urbanism to establish Urban Reform Institute in 2020.
His work concentrates on free market solutions for metropolitan challenges, earning him publication credits in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and more. Charles is also a familiar face on Fox 26 Houston and a regular voice on local radio, discussing urban issues. Residing in Houston, he dedicates time to the Prison Entrepreneurship Program, serving on its Houston Advisory Board.
